Physical Therapy Associates is committed to the health and safety of our patients and staff.  The following measures will be taken to ensure appropriate infection control and to maintain guidelines set by the State of Hawaii and CDC.

* Please wear face covering/mask at all times when in the clinic.

* Please wait outside or in your car until your scheduled appointment time.  If it is your first appointment, you may come in 10-15 minutes early to complete required paperwork.

* To limit the number of people in the clinic, we ask that you come to your appointment alone.  We will not allow friends/family members to wait in the waiting area during this time.  Exceptions will be made for parents/guardians accompanying minors and patients who need extra assistance.

* Please maintain social distancing guidelines set by the CDC (6-feet apart) when possible.

* Treatment area, equipment, and high touch areas will be sanitized between each patient and at regular intervals.
